After you’re comfortable with the project you can fund the investment through our professional syndication software. These investments are not a stock or REIT – you are a passive partner in the deal & the investment means you own a percentage of the property directly. You will receive quarterly or monthly disbursements from the property’s profits collected through its operations for the life of the deal!
When the business plan is executed, property repositioned, NOI is boosted, and the value is raised we execute a cash out refinance and/or sale. This is a HUGE benefit of owning a percentage of the property directly. You share directly in the forced appreciation of the asset!

Devin has a passion for helping people build wealth through real estate. He has 192 units in his investing portfolio. As a Top Producing Realtor he has sold over $100M+ worth of real estate in the past 3 years. He specializes in deal underwriting, acquisitions, market research, and investor relations. He has experience in high stakes negotiations, leasing multi-million dollar luxury homes and operating short term rentals. He is a Syracuse University Graduate.
Gino Barbaro is an investor, business owner, author and entrepreneur. He has grown his real estate portfolio to over 1600 multifamily units, worth $100 Mn+ and is teaching others how to do the same.
Gino is the co-founder of Jake & Gino, a multifamily real estate education company and hosts a popular podcast ‘Wheelbarrow Profits’. He has authored two best-selling books on Multifamily Investing.
Mr. Schwartz is an investor and owner of Bricktown Management, a property management company located in Omaha, Nebraska.
Mr. Schwartz has over $60 million in real estate assets and 900 units throughout the Midwest. Mr. Schwartz brings to the company over 50 real estate transactions. Mr. Schwartz graduated from Bellevue University with his MBA in finance.
Vincent has over 7 years of multifamily investing experience; he currently owns and operates 20 units in his personal portfolio, an additional 52 units in JV, and 48 units as a GP. He specializes in market research, due-diligence, strategic planning, project oversight and execution. He recently held the position of Resource Advisor for the U.S Air Force where he drafted and managed the operational funds and projects for a $1.4B enterprise.
